Best option for T5CC

With the Bosh Rush rewards having a 10% T5CC selector and Act 6 completion rewards that has a 25% T5CC fragment selector, which class has the best value? Currently I have no rank 3 worthy 6 star champions (or rank 2 worthy). But since you can’t store them, which class is the best gamble?

    Overall I think mutant has by far the most solid champs overall
