Glass Cannon or Courage?

I've seen most people maxing out Glass Cannon but only have one point in Courage. GC only gives 7.2% attack but the cost is also 7.2% health. But Courage straight up increases 30% attack below 50%. So why is it that people prioritise GC over Courage?

Because you're dependant upon being under 50% health for that boost vs getting it all the time. I maxed courage because I die and revive.
