Gwen will help you with collector.
She hulk is also good as she can slow opponent preventing unstoppable and evade

Totally depends on you.

Since you are at the 4* level currently I would say spider gwen since she's a lot easier to play.
You just heavy if the opponent can evade or goes unstoppable, spam the sp1, and then for the sp2 when the opponent is nearly dead
