NEED HELP

Hey everyone I submitted a ticket to kabam about accidentally using a 6* AG gem and accidentally put in wrong email for contact. I’ve emailed them to change the email to the real one but they said it’s a duplicate case and are transferring details to other case. What should I do? I know there’s a time limit and I don’t wanna waste this 6* AG gem. @Kabam Miike or Anyone please help (:
