Kabam initiated in game purchase REFUND?

Once in a while I play game on my Android phone (usually I am an IOS man), but regardless I always use VPN
So 1st time I make a purchase, via my Android phone 21/08 - all seemed well
However today Google Play tell me that they have been made aware that I am due a full refund for the same purchase (by Kabam)

So what happens now - how can I raise this with Kabam for further investigation

Clearly I do NOT want the refund to go ahead

    We're sorry to hear about that. Unfortunately, we will have to advise that you contact the Google Play Store Support, and for good measure, send in a ticket to our Support as well. They should be able to help you out or at least point you in the right direction!
