5.3 mutant map tech key

I have covered every path of 5.3 and I cant seem to find the final blue key to take the gated path. Anyone know how you get it?

    You could beat another map and get it from there

    Oh shoot it really works like that? Well thats good to know. I need to bring daredevil for yondu anyway. So ill revisit. Thanks for the info!!!
