Act 5.4.6 stuck at 99%

Hello my in-game name is Lord Hero1010 I have tried to 100% the final quest in act 5 several times by re doing every path in the quest but im still stuck at 99% idk if this a bug or im missing something but I'm sure I have re did every path in the final quest.

Likely is one of those paths in the middle.
Try reaching there and take a screenshot
