New incursions in September but Objective is this week?!

If I understand the announcement correctly, the Ultron and his drones will have a zone to themselves. That change is coming in September.

And there is a an objective to defeat Ultron and his drones in incursions (and quests) 30 times.

I feel like these two were supposed to be released together. To get the current objective, you have to tediously run RttL quest again and again....

So, am I missing something or did someone slip up with these objectives timing?
