- Active (joins AQ, AW early and doesn't place AW defense last minute)
- Communicates well on LINE
- Has the roster and experience necessary for our AW/AQ level

- Organized, on-point group of officers
- AW typically Gold1/Plat4 (Tier 4/5) (Season 20 goal is PLAT3)
