I've noticed that when I activate Dr. Voodoo's sp2 on an even combo it's as if I had activated it on an odd combo. So every sp2 used, regardless of odd/even combo meter, strictly leaks my opponent's power, over 10 seconds. I've tested it with various amounts of stacked Loas as well and it's always the same.
My Dr. Voodoo is a duped (99 sig ability) 4-star, rank 5/level 24. I believe this started occurring after the update, but now I'm questioning if it started after I went to rank 5.
Has anyone else witnessed a similar situation? Or am I missing something??

I don't think its a nerf though. In the description of Dr. Voodoo's special attacks, nothings changed. It just that the even combo portion of it will not activate at all.
