Make a functioning search bar for the forums

Seriously I swear it's impossible to find anything with that piece of trash. Everything I search comes up with no results.

It's been bugged for a while. Where it says "English Forums", change it to "All". That's always fixed it for me. But yeah, it needs fixed.
