in Bugs and Known Issues

I ran 2 separate paths on the hard difficulty, and I tried to go back in for the 3rd/final path for 100% and I was denied. The game believes I ran all 3 attempts when I only ran 2. Can this be fixed in time? If not, can I get the remaining rewards for the exploration? That's all I really want. Thanks!
