Doom heavy stun issue

So in PuTRiD TALENT's latest stream and he was quaking the herald mystic doom boss, he died because Doom got stun heavy when Aura wasn't active. Anyone know if this is a bug or not?

Aura doesn’t have to be active to get the heavy stun. Just shock has to be active on the opponent

oh thanks for the classification! i didn't notice the shock debuff on quake
