In simple terms, you'll amass 35 keys. One difficulty as a whole has 28 paths. You can do as many paths of a difficulty you want. But if your looking to 100% one, you can only 100% one difficulty and a few paths of others.

Sort of. The stars on the chests tell you what could be in them but you won't know for sure until its opened.

Yes and no. There are set items in the difficulty that wont change. You just dont know precisely what chest each is in.

No. Not 6*. Unless you get more from normal Event Quest.

I don't quite understand this event. I'll try to explain what I know.
Each path will give you chest. The rewards will be inside the chest. If you 100% a difficulty you will get all the rewards for that difficulty.
It's like Mole-Man event path rewards. But here you get chests.
