5* jane foster having less stats than equivalent 4*

I have a 5* unduped jane foster, rank 1 level 25/25 and a 4* unduped rank 3 level 30/30.
I noticed that the 4* version has better armor (260pts) than the 5* (212 pts).
I've compared my other 5* and 4* that have similar level. Most of the 5* has better armor than the 4*, except for black panther infinity war, which both have 0 armor.
Is the Jane Foster situation intended?

Its because of rank of level of the champ so 5 star as a r1 will be less than a r3 4 star

Antman and Miles morales, the r1 25 version has better armor than the 4* r3 30 version.
So my jane foster is the one with 5* armor rating less than 4*.

A 5* r3 is equal to a 4* 5/50.
The difference is minimal at best there.
In this scenario, a 5* 1/25 should be equal to a 2/20(?) so.

Does seem odd that it's just one case (Jane Foster, from among all those examples) that has the Armor disparity in favor of the 4* instead of the 5*.

(and no, 5* 1/25 in general is not similar to a 4* 2/20 level. It is similar to 3/30, like OP shows.)

I wonder if there are other 5 star champs that have lower armor than the 4 star equivalent.
