Magneto Vs AQ map 3 H.buster

Used the newly buffed Magneto against the map 3 mini boss HB. Had trouble evading his normal dash attacks and at one point Magneto didn't proc any prowess buffs from his heavy mechanic. Anyone having any issues? I'm Cavalier so I have my experience fighting HB. Just this fight was very odd. Died 5 times. Whenever I swiped back I just got hit. And yeah Magneto at one point just didn't produce any prowess buffs

    Hmm okay. Strange. Guess it's RNG...? cause one fight HB had 2 buffs and I got to 37 prowess buffs. In my last fight HB had no armour up buffs cause of Magento's ability reduction and I couldn't proc prowess
