Bad Kabam support
I raised an issue with the support team that after I purchased couple of dual crystals, I was able able to see and open only one and there are no other unopened crystals and so either one crystal or 10k shards missing.
They replied with the exact timestamp saying that I have purchased two crystals at that time and any other queries I have to open a new request. When I opened a new request, they closed it immediately saying it was duplicate. When I replied to the first ticket asking what happened to the other crystal or tell me what champions I have opened(one where I opened and got massacre), there is no response since. It not a UI bug since I have uninstalled and installed it again. I can see from alliance log too that there is nothing else got opened when I opened my crystal.
Is this how their support is for everyone? I expected a lot better given the player base and the size of the company.
