Cull obsidian animation change?

I was messing around with cull in AQ then I noticed his victory animation seems to have changed. I’ve searched to see if there’s any other threads on this and couldn’t find anything. Am I missing something here? Is this just all in my head?

    Works right now or is it still gimpy? It's been gimped for so long, people might think it's always been like that.

    Just checked some old YouTube videos on cull, it’s definitely changed.

    Yeah your right it has changed.
    Before the update his weapon wouldn't spin but just shoot sparks, now it's actually rotates like it should

    Yeah it looks like something cull would do now, so a nice little change.
