Elsa Bloodstone Cruelty Bug

I was messing around in ROL with Elsa, launched the Special 3, but noticed that the cruelty buffs expired much faster than usual. I timed it and it was about 6 seconds even though the abilities say the buff should be 22 seconds. My team was Elsa (6 star), Beast (5 star), Superior Iron Man, OG Black Panther (Both 4 stars), and Nick Fury (3 star).
