Schedule for when champs are added to basic 5* pool?

Usually a new champ gets added every two weeks, but wasn’t StormX the last one added on Aug 11? BWDO should have released on the 25th, but is still not there.
Did I miss an announcement or something about changing the release of champs to the basics? Is it on feature expiration like 6* now?

Black widow film should be in there

Should be, but she hasn’t shown up on the banner, or in the ‘top prizes’ window of crystals, which is usually when it’s official.
