Hopefully @Kabam Miike sees this and can pass it off to the game team lol.
If you want to make Cyclops relevant at all without doing a full rework, the synergy with Prof X just doesn't do it. However, if you changed it to where it makes his armor break and precision indefinite and stacking (maybe up to 3 precision and 10 armor breaks), then this would give him real value. It wouldn't make him beyond god tier either because its an ability that relies on synergy and he would still have very little utility, but it would make him so much better and actually useful.
Personally id like to just see him get a whole new rework, but dont know how likely that will be anytime soon. Especially with the mutant class in general getting a huge boost this month.
