Incursions match-up is a joke and needs to be fixed

How am i supposed to do anything with ridiculous match-ups like this? My teammate, with 4000 less team rating, dies already in sector 4 zone 3 while i have almost full health on my champions. And my champions STILL have to cooldown and recharge for almost 48 hours.

1. Why can't i choose whether i want to join the Incursion with this particular random match-up BEFORE the first round starts, like we get to do when playing with friends?

2. Why do my champions with almost full health have as long recharge time as dead champions? If a champion has more health, shouldn't he need less time to recharge then?
