Where did quest completion rewards go?

All other monthly quests have the completion rewards except uncollected and cavalier.

no the amount of all rewards have either stayed the same or have been bugged wirh the exception of 4* shards which have been nerfed by 600 shards i believe

this is correct. if you explore, some things will be increased, but 4* shards go down by 500 ish
