Cav Difficulty Seeing Red Node

I don't think Seeing Red is working properly. My mutants are not always purifying active bleeds when throwing specials. About 10-15 percent of the time. This is chapter 3 Quest 1. Anyone noticed this issue?

i noticed it too ... throwing specials wouldn't purify the bleeds ... i just chalked it up to being KABOOMED. switched to Omega Red and didn't care LOL

I just wanted to make sure I understood the node. It's not bad without it, would be nice if it worked as intended though.
