Depends on a lot of factors
Is morning star awakened? Ghost
Is Ghost awakened? Ghost
Is darkhawk awakened? Ghost
Is neither awakened? Ghost
Are all awakened? Ghost
Is everyone but Ghost awakened? Ghost
Are you in act 5? Ghost
Are you in Act 4? Ghost
Are you stuck in the Master/ Uncollected even quest? Ghost
Do you need a champ for the island of krakoa? Ghost
Do you need a champ for incursions? Umm I'm not 100% sure, but I think Ghost is a good option
