You can do suicides, then cavalier
Frankly, I had suicides, but had to turn them off for my cavalier run as I had to use void for a lot of it.

Cavalier. Will give more benefit than suicides, since you also get those cav difficulty rewards.

Really depends on if you have a roster that is reliant on suicides but that Corvus definitely needs it and cavalier is pretty important too but will be much easier with a corvus with suicides

Oh, and I would advice you don't unlock suicides until you can max it out

Yeah, I would say you should hold.on, explore act 5 or whatever other act, and build your roster. No need to rush
