Magneto and Professor X

Haven't tried this out yet, but does anyone know if Magneto is immune to any of Professor X's abilities? I know he's immune to reverse controls because of the helmet but I was wondering if abilities like the passive falter or mind control that Professor X has have any affect on either version.
