Accidental Bug Exploit + PlatinumPool dialogue change?

So, before the treasure hunt side quest went down, I did one run and did the PlatinumPool lane in Epic.
I could have sworn there was a very inappropriate joke about soap dispensers lifted right out of the movies, so I went to re-run it to grab a screenshot to show my alliance.
1. The dialogue wasn’t there. Not entirely surprising I suppose... but I did think the change was amusing.
2. I still got the rewards - and they were quite good. (torso + right arm + 300+ units)
My questions are these:
1. Am I just imagining the joke ie was it really there?
2. Do I need to report my ill-gotten gains so I don’t get my account disabled/ blocked — and if so, how do I do so?
