Emma, ghulk, magneto will really help you.
If you are looking who to upgrade, I would reccomend warlock, gwenpool, aa and Medusa (for the final boss).

Morningstar and killmonger could also be really useful (killmonger-evade counter, morningstar as good mystic, since you don't have one upgraded)

Take up that 4star warlock. HT melts mystics so you can use him too, and take up your 4 star colossus he’s fantastic

You’re set for act 5. Just get them ranked and NF awakened then you’re laughing.

Nick if you can awaken him but without dupe also very good , 700 bleed per tick.
Ht and hulk really good, hulk specially for collector.
Archangel can break with parry heavy method. And take that warlock up.
With 4/40 you can progress till 5.1.5.
5.1.6 is tough and need atleast two 5/50.
Then with 5 5/50 you can get uncollected and progress till 5.4.
