I got both during an opening, I know both are great but which one should I bring up first.

Depends on your needs, but I would say Longshot.

Then again, I'm not a big fan of Domino.

Well, after seeing that, then neither of them. You don't need them ranked up as your "normal" roster is much better. Save the resources for ranking up AA, Havok or Claire.
