Is the Magnetized effect bugged?

I think Kabam did an awesome job with the Magneto buffs, and I do not expect any answers from the Kabam Team soon, but I am wondering about this interaction:

In the Cavalier Event Quest (Chapter 3.1), I took the matador path. I used magneto against gwenpool. She is a #metal champion, so she becomes magnetized. The matador node is supposed to grant one bar of power when she launches a special attack. However, She threw several, and I only received the one bar of power once. Is this because of the magnetized effect? Is it a bug?

Hey there, i can confirm that ability accuracy can stop some nodes from activating and, while that can be helpful in many cases, it can occasionally prevent the helpful effects from a node as well.
