Trade-In Option For 2015/2016 Rank Up Gems?

I’ve gotten 5 of these 2016 Skill Gems and 2 2015 Skill Gems. I let 2 of them disappear through the stash as I had nothing to use them on at the time. Even if I had champs to use them on, fewer than half of them are anywhere near the power level of more recent champs.

I wish there were a way to trade them in for other class gems, similar to what we have for T4

Class Catalysts, even if it is inefficient.
