The shock nebula gives should be intensified!

    I mean it goes up to 20 and once u parry with that then it shreds.

    Her sp2 doubles it for even more damage.

    seriously? If Nebula's shock would be made stronger you would be able to destroy ROL winter soldier with 1 sp2.
    My Nebula is 5/65 and het damage is just fine. If anything needs to change about her it is her block prof.
