Sp1 animation of Storm pyramid X not smooth enough.

Recently I pulled a Storm pyramid X and was playing few matchups with her. I noticed one thing the sp1 animation is quite laggy and is not smooth enough. I checked few videos on YouTube (seatin breakdown and Jason voorhess) and I saw the same animation. Is it intensional cause visually it seems quite slow and laggy.

    Yh it’s so clunky on Offense but sweet when you dodge it when ur fighting her. TBh don’t notice it though since I use the sp2 and sp3 often
