I have disabled his armor and I still can't kill him after that with a sp3, i have spent well over 1000 units for nothing, kabam i would appreciate if you guy's can get back to me regarding this matter, im tired 😫 of your bugs and expect compensation for this, I don't even know why I play this game.

    You might be misunderstanding how it works. If I remember correctly While the armor icon is grey you can knock him out and this happens a moment after you knock him down. If the icon is purple then that just means the shield has max downtime after he is knocked down.
