Purple tag

I’ve seen youtubers who have purple summoner profiles. Does anyone know how they got this or if it’s something special for certain people? Is it like the legends title? Thanks!

They have purchased summoner sigil.
You can purchase it as well by going to unit store(click on units on top right).
It costs money not units and gives some sweet rewards.
