As the title states, when Elsa receives a bleed debuff from the opponent, she is supposed to inflict a degeneration debuff. The champion has to be a NON-MUTANT tho, which is was not, in the video you see me fighting Capt'n Beardo. I take a SP1 to the face, receive a bleed, but no degen. was place on him.
