Which 6* to Rank 3?

I’m not sure who to R3 between Domino and Colossus. I’m at 6.3 and started exploring 6.1. Unfortunately colossus isn’t awakened, I’m not worried about prestige and am currently only focusing on endgame content. Domino has been fantastic in Variants with her synergies but I don’t currently have a Red Hulk to bring into act 6 and really don’t know if it would be worth losing the roster spot by including him. Any tips on who would be more useful?
