Who to awaken??

I have just got the 4* awakening gem from the side quest and I am really confused who to put it on? I have 59 Sig stones to pour in and may have around 25 skill sigs, but no science Sig, other classes I have around 10 to pour in.

It's been a long time since I did act 5, but remember blade being the best champ at that time for it, exploration wise.
Definitely don't awaken Doom or Medusa, you don't need them awakened.
You don't need prestige with 4* champs anyway.
Don't awaken cap, not much niche utility needed in act 5,
OR or blade.

Agree. Cap also needs his sig levels far more than blade.
You could try completing RTL for another 4* AG but I hope you have a psychiatrist for chapter 3
