Locked Out of Omega Smackdown - No Rewards for Epsilon

Device and Version: Galaxy S9

Device Operating System: Android 10

Mobile Carrier: AT&T

Cellular or WiFi: Both

Game Version Installed: 28.1 or whatever the current one is. I am up to date.

Game Mode: Summer Smackdown Epsilon

Champions Affected: Not champ specific issue

Active Boosts: no

Description of the Issue: I have been through 2 support tickets already on this and have received incorrect generic responses that automatically close the ticket before I get any type of help (05595230 & 05601978). The issue is that I have completed the Epic 'Epsilon" smackdown twice now, and both times I get absolutely no rewards (empty rewards screen attached). This effectively locks me out of the Omega one because it doesn't show that I have completed Epsilon and shows that Omega is still locked.

Go to your Item Inventory and show us which “Glasses” you have.
Are you sure you don’t have all 5 Glasses of the Epic color already ?
Or that maybe it's a different Greek Letter (week) version of Epic that you are missing instead of from Epsilon ?

Also show the Potential Rewards screen for Epic Epsilon, that should show whether it has a check mark next to it or not.

Thank you. I never thought it could have been one of the other weeks. It was Gamma I was missing. Swear I did it but apparently not. Thanks for the help!
