Power Technician Not Working for Hulkbuster

The Power Technician node is not supplying Hulkbuster with Passive Fury after draining power with his SP2. This problem was replicated on three consecutive fights on the monthly EQ cavalier difficult chapter 2.1.

    Same with Vision. But it works for Guillotine 2099. Do they have to have armor? Do they have to go just below threshold?

    Well yes- it says it on the node! The tech champ needs to have an armour buff to drain 2% power.

    To answer OP’s original question, I’m assuming that it’s very specific to Power DRAIN and the fact that Hulkbuster’s sp2 is Power BURN.

    Ah, ok. My mistake was assuming the node wasn't designed poorly. Yet another node designed so only a few champions can actually take advantage of it, thereby eliminating any benefit to most players. Great work.
