Why is my game not opening?

I have a fine working network.
No message of network problem or maintainance
This screen is being displayed for about 7 mins
Whats the matter.!??!?!!?

Oh thx Kabam.
It opened right 5 mins after the post actually I was recording how much time it will take.
It took 4:39 mins thanks a lot.(even if it was not a bug. )

Today again I'm not able to login, internet is working fine but the game is not opening

It's just that your phone is not able to connect to kabam server due to some reason.
Dont worry just restart game 2 or 3 times.
