colossus and spam heavies. everytime you knock down someone on life cycle, the timer gets longer. or you could take him down with debuffs while the timer for lifecycle is inactive.

Knock down with a heavy then use an SP3.
Or if you’ve got a stun on an SP1, use that then a heavy

Healing mitigation is very good - eg cap, Torch, Void, Havok. Anyone with a lot of debuffs will reduce the 5% heal at the end so it’s annoying.

When I was learning to deal with it I’d heavy spam until the timer is maxed, drop a heavy when I know my sp3 will kill then when timer is ticking down just drop an sp3
