Cap has more impact with sig 200, very useful for Void but less important (he can be the next focus)

Voids slowly falling out the meta. Cap will stay relevant for alot longer

Would you like to be debuff immune?

Void doesn’t NEED a high sig to get all of his functionality (even if it does increase his dps by a LOT).

CAIW benefits a ton from having 100% chance for stuff to trigger.
