Cyclops needs another synergy to double or triple his armor break duration and then maybe, just maybe, he could be an alright champion.

But he still needs a full rework

he was always my favorite, it sucks he is terrible in game but from some r4 variant gem i had R4d him. well atleast usable now , just waiting for his "update" or a "tuneup" atleast 😂
