Seatin himself calculated it as around one million Special attack 3 damage

Technically it’s Professor X. He has infinite prowess ramp up, it just takes eternity. He doesn’t need a specific matchup to get infinite prowess, but magneto does.

Good point - exactly what I need to give it to professor x - however, one thing I have never read his abilities

its not there are a few champs that have high sp3 damage, but OG Guilly can do the most potentially 50 souls = 100% of the defenders health whether they have 10 health or 10,000,000,000,000 health

havoks sp3 is probably easier to get on most in this thread, and the damage is good, but there are many who can beat it

Fully agree. There are some others that are higher and that's been proven but the easiest and most common one you could pull off probably would be Havok.
