Alliance region

Is there any way at all to change the region that your alliance is set in? I was promoted to leader of an alliance and the region is set as US but I do not live is the US. Would I have to contact support to change it?

    ^ I don't think I've ever been a leader so I'm not sure what the settings are

    Didn’t know an Alliance even had a Region (just individual Summoners). ??

    And what does being in a different Region even affect ? Or do you mean when bringing up the “Trophy” leaderboards for War Rating or maybe Alliance Rating that you can selectively filter by your Region ??? Even if so, that's just for display only, your Alliance doesn’t get rewards relative to what Region you’re in.

    And the starting times of AQ/AW and Events are always the same for everyone on a standard world clock, so has nothing to do with starting on time based on your timezone or region.

    Yeah the trophy thing. Tbh I don’t really care but I just wanted to see how my alliance compares to the other alliances where I’m from
