Side quest - two Key entrances

The 2 key path always has valuable rewards

The red skull path has 300k good and HT pathxhas 5 star awakening gem.
Other 2 key path also have valuable rewards.

If u use 2 keys to unlock the 2 key path then the other unlocked on its own.
So whats the matter.
Just unlock the 2nkey path and other is free to go(open)

The point is you need 1 key to unlock each reward, the AG in the T3 difficulty needs 2, the other side has T4cc shards which are practically useless, I have over 4k of them. Its just lazy design. Also, imagine if the rewards were hidden as they were supposed to, it would piss people off to know that they wasted a key for that.

Using 2 keys to open an awakening gem is a bargain. If you don't want to spend 2 keys for such a valuable reward then spend it on a single key lane and get some gold. Stop whining. This is probably the best event since gwenpool went to the movies

How is that relevant? The aim of the quest and the execution is the problem. Whether it is easier or not does not matter. You equated the fact that we need key to 2 days to claim them. But nowhere it was said by anyone that they needed 2 days as a complaint. The complaint was the need to 2 keys which still does not make any sense.

Agreed that 2 keys for an AG is a bargain. But the write up for the side event said single key per path, and that is the issue. If they had said you could use 10 keys to get an AG, and put that gate, no one would complain.

Technically speaking, it is one gate for that path. It may be behind another gate, but that gate is for the first path while the other gate is for the second path

So if the first path is useless to you, it is effectively 2 keys for a single path.

For these paths that “require” 2 keys, are people waiting until they have both keys?

If you are, then I can’t see what the fuss is about. You’re getting the reward that you really want, owing to the fact that you are choosing to do this. I get that a few T4C fragments aren’t appealing to everybody, but you have a choice to not spend 2 keys on that path I guess.

It comes across mostly as greedy if you’re view is “I want all the good rewards and I don’t want to waste a key for T4C frags when I could use that key in a lower difficulty to get 2.5k 5* shards”.

Oh man why r u so confused.
If u go for the ag then both the gates will remain unlock.
So, the other remais unlocked and u can go in the path without any key.

More explanation-:

If u take the ag path, u use 2 keys and defeat the boss.
Then the main gate and ag gate remained unlocked. Both
So u can take the other reward on the other side without any 🔑!!!! So simple.
And this is the best event ever

I don’t think that was the point of the gates. Of course it’s how you want to look at it. For ME, it’s ONE key per lower reward and TWO for the better rewards.

OR

you can look at it this way, think of it as 2 separate lanes, it would be ONE key for the lower reward. The better rewards would have TWO gates. Now you have a 3 key situation.

Another way to look at it-

It’s only a TWO gate path with 2 lanes. 2 gates to get to the better rewards while giving you a free lane to get the lower reward IF you wanted.
