5 star Rank up advice

I'm not sure which 5 star to rank up. Any advice? Bare in mind that I am close to act 5 exploration so I will soon have a generic awakening gem.

Can take from R4 to R5:
Masacre (Awakened lvl 95)
Aegon (Awakened lvl 46)
Yondu (Awakened lvl 97)
Hyperion (Unawakened)

Can take from R3 to R4:
Void (Awakened lvl 49)
Corvus Glaive (Unawakened)
Thing (Unawakened)
Sentinel (Unawakened)
Guillotine (Unawakened)
Magic (Unawakened)
Quake (Unawakened)

    Aegon if you haven’t done LOL, or even if so, still great. Hype is a workhorse and lots of fun. Quake is a cheat code for most of the game if you play her well, and Sentinel is great for several of the variants.

    I would take up Sentinel, double immunity, smash your way through v3, there are loads of biohazard paths in last chapter of act 5 that he's great for.
    Unless you can Quake. Then Quake
