Possible Human Torch Prefight Bug

I was doing a fight in war against a Void with power snack, outlast and a couple other minor nodes. I should've brought a better counter but I figured Torch with prefight could handle it. However when I entered the fight I did not start with flame on and could only get nova form off the l3. I've never seen this happen before and I don't see how his nodes could have stopped it, anyone else seen this bug?

    Pre-Fight doesn’t seem to always work, it works more often than not but it isn’t guaranteed. Looks like it only happens in war but I could be wrong.
